Hristina and Vasil are longtime coaches in Taekwondo. They have graduated from the National Sports Academy. Christina is a multiple champion of national and international championships and she is 1 Dan. Vassil is a 3rd Dan, who has been chosen for the trainer of the year 2013 of the Bulgarian Taekwondo Federation, a multiple national champion and national competitor in a number of international competitions. Winner of the “Investor of the Future” Award for achievements in children’s sports.
Involved in fitness and conditioning training since 2012, as certified for operations by N.A.F.A / Canada, having been certified by N.A.F.A / Canada, and has also completed several regional training courses. His ambition is to nurture people’s attitudes and care for their bodies before they have to do it by accident or because they have to. Since 2006, Nina Gachevska has been actively teaching classical ballet, contemporary, and typical dance at many kindergartens, schools, and community centers. During the academic year 2013/2014, she worked as a teacher at the National School of Dance Art. In 2015, she created the Studio for Classical Ballet Tiara which trains over 300 children from 4-13 years of age. Stage performances are an essential part of the school calendar, graduates participate in a number of concerts, festivals, and competitions, and have already won many awards from various forums.
Sneji started her sports career as a swimmer when she was only 5 years old. This led her to many awards and achievements, including a Republican swimming competitor. Sports was an indispensable part of her life for many years. In 2017, she became certified as an aerobics instructor, and shortly after that, she met her biggest passion: Kangoo Jumps.

Antoineta Apostolova’s profession is a choreographer-pedagogue and as a result, she has vast competence and leadership functions in various activities that she has been practicing for over 11 years. Among them are folk dances, Latin dances, and jazz dances, and when it comes to sports – pilates, yoga, corrective and stretching gymnastics. Antoineta has experience leading both adult and children’s groups.

When it comes to yoga, Desi’s experience is over 20 years during which she has taught a variety of styles: Yogalates, Aerial Yoga, YogaFit, Classical Yoga, Chakra Energy Practices, workshops and practices for women, sound therapy, and body and mind detox classes. She integrates various ancient Eastern healing practices, prayers, breathwork practices, numerology, fine arts, regression therapy, crystal healing, aromatherapy with oils and herbs, yoga, and other specific techniques to achieve a fulfilling life in the retreats that she leads. At Fitness Plus, Desi teaches Detox yoga practices for weight loss and upright posture.

Dancing has always been a huge part of Kristiana’s life. She was introduced to the dance hall at the age of 4 and has no intention of ever leaving it. Over the years, she took Bulgarian folk dance, Latin dances, dancesport, modern ballet, and ZUMBA.
In 2023, she felt like it was time to take the next step and became certified as a ZUMBA instructor. Krisi tries to transfer the emotion of her classes to everyone in the gym, so that they can unwind from the busy daily life and get rid of the stress.
