Boxing / Kick boxing

class

Unlike many other sports, boxing trains complex all muscle groups. It combines strength and cardio workouts that perfectly sculpt the body parts - legs, hands, butt and belly. Not only do you get rid of negative energy and aggression provoked by a variety of factors, but you will also feel your tonic improve significantly.

Power yoga

Power (Power) Yoga is an intensive practice based on general physical exercises and asanas from the styles of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Although it contains the word "yoga" in its name, the practice completely differs from the classical (hatha) yoga and on the other hand it is nicely complemented. The practice aims to increase endurance, strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress. The duration is 1 hour and a half, paying attention to each muscle group as well as the correct stretching and warming. We mainly work with own weight or light weights and with a smile. There are no cardio exercises in classes, but they are still high in intensity because of multiple repetitions. The group is mixed (beginners and more advanced), each with individual attention according to sport form, experience and needs. The results you can expect are tightness, recovery, improvement of metabolism, build up of unstable muscles and perfect tone.

Tabata

class

Tabata is a highly intense workout consisting of 8 work runs of 4 minutes (alternating 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest). Fitness exercises are included with levers, dumbbells, puddles, medical balls, and more. This workout helps to burn excess fat, build and shape muscles and improve endurance.

Kango jumps

Kangoo Jumps is a style in aerobics. It is practiced with special shoes that have both training and rehabilitation character. Forget grueling diets! While stressing the importance of balanced nutrition, we are also concerned to add an element of pleasure without stressful exercises to your daily life with Kangoo Jumps. University studies clearly show that you consume much more energy or calories using the Kangoo Jumps compared to conventional sports shoes. However, this does not in itself explain the significant weight loss in people who have used Kangoo Jumps regularly.

Classical Yoga

Classical Yoga is also called Integral Yoga. It involves deep relaxation with visualizations and positive affirmations to the subconscious. Typical for classical yoga classes is that postures are performed slowly and with retention, and at the end of the hour, relaxation is offered by the teacher's choice. The hour of yoga lasts an hour and a half.

Power Yoga

The concept of Power Yoga was introduced to the west by the pilgrims of Sri Patabhi, a famous Sanskrit scientist who has inspired many Western yogis with Ashtanga yoga philosophy. Power yoga can be practiced by beginners in yoga. It emphasizes the correct form of performance of yoga asanas, performing longer. This improves flexibility and durability.
